From Introverted Asian Girl to International Pioneer of Transformational Success

MY STORY

Growing up, I always felt I was different. I wasn’t drawn to what other kids my age cared about, and I rarely saw anyone who looked like me—an Asian woman—represented as a leader, creator, or trailblazer in the world. This ignited a powerful drive within me to challenge the status quo and achieve what others deemed impossible.

By age 21, I had earned a master’s degree and graduated at the top of my class. I quickly rose through the ranks in the corporate world, working with Fortune 500 companies and landing some of the most prestigious roles in the industry.

But even as I climbed the corporate ladder and achieved professional success, I realized something was missing. Fulfillment was still out of reach.

I left corporate life in search of something more—though at the time, I had no idea what that would be. I experimented with various businesses, exploring my passions and interests, until the combination of business and psychology lit a spark within me. This passion ultimately brought me to coaching and consulting, where I found my purpose: helping leaders and entrepreneurs achieve extraordinary results while building lives and businesses they truly love.

Today, as the founder of Nida Leard Consulting, I guide ambitious CEOs, entrepreneurs, and changemakers through transformational coaching and business innovation. By combining bold strategy with deep inner work, I empower leaders to innovate fearlessly, perform at their peak, and create legacies that redefine their industries.
